I was suffering from AVN (Avascular Necrosis) of Hip joint -3rd degree on both the hips. I was un-able to walk straight and there was severe pain on my hip joints and spine. Orthopedic doctors had suggested surgery and total hip replacement. Later I visited Dr.Nambiar's Advanced Ayurveda at Aundh in Pune and started treatment and undergone therapy and taken medicine for few months. Slowly I found relief in pain and the movement of my joints have improved slowly and I am able to walk straight without limping after that. Now, after about 4 yrs also I am feeling much better.
