OCD - Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is a condition where the patient is obsessed or stuck-up with one particular thought process or involved in some action/ work repeatedly. In some patients this condition may develope suicidal tendency, depending on the kind of thought that troubles them. Though many patients are aware of their problem and desperately wish to come out of it, they are compelled to continue a hapless life, without finding an effective remedy. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Aversion therapy alone is proving to be less effective or ineffective in many cases in managing the OCD problem.
